Norvex Precision began as a two-person workshop on the Rotterdam docks. Today, 340 engineers, machinists and metrologists across two plants build components that operate 3,000 metres below sea level and inside 700-bar hydrogen rigs.

Most component suppliers sell capacity. We sell judgement. Our teams spend the first hours of any programme arguing about material behaviour, thermal drift and fixture strategy — because those conversations decide whether a part survives its tenth year in service, not its first week.
That philosophy shapes how we are organised. Design, machining, assembly and metrology sit in one building with shared performance targets. A machinist can walk to the designer's desk. A metrologist can stop a run. Nobody hides behind a handover.
The result is unglamorous but valuable: a 99.2% on-time record, a 0.31% field return rate, and customers who have stayed with us through three generations of their own product platforms.
